Dynamic Movement Solutions specializes on helping you achieve your movement goal.The exercises we use focus on building a strong foundation of strength in your body and help assist you in correcting proper movement patterns. Many of the excercises used are inspired by Gold Medal Bodies. We specialize in group glasses teaching people body weight foundational skills that are applicable to everyday strength.
A typical class may include skills on the floor like: ( jumping, balancing, tumbling), or paralletes where we teach strong isometric positions to help you stabilize yourself on the paralletes. We also teach other dynamic exercises like swings, and bent arm stands. The last apparatus that you may find in a class is the use of gymnastic rings, where we teach moves such as top position and pullups, and muscle ups.
What makes us different then other body weight classes is that we teach you how to combine individual movements in to a flow. When you get to the flow stage you applying strength to multiple joint ranges that challenges the whole body to maintain balance and control. Training this way will help you get strong in movements that you can use in real life.
We also have classes that focus on hand balancing which is a lot of fun!
If you are a beginner or someone who has been working out for while we will modify the workout to meet your level.
If you are not fond of the group setting we also offer individual sessions to meet your needs. If you already own a Gold Medal Bodies product we can assist you as well.
