Change is Inevitable

Change is Inevitable

It’s been a really long time since I written anything or wanted to write anything. I just wanted to slow down and just experience what was in front of me. I wanted to be fully present for the moment.

So much has happened in my life this year. The common theme for this year is just say, “yes!” In the past I used to analyze and talk myself out of potential opportunities, either from self doubt or feeling of lack. I had to know how it was all going to work out, could I afford it, where would I stay? Blah Blah Blah.

Live for the excitement of change

Now if an opportunity excites me and is challenging I find a way to make it happen!

After living out of a couple of backpacks and #couchsurfing for the past 5 months I enjoy living for the excitement of the next adventure and figuring out details later. Once things start feeling too routine then I decide its time to leave and switch it up. This has been a great way to not get too stuck in routines or schedules. Which is how I used to control my life, from routines and schedules. Granted it did get me where I am today but scheduling each hour and day of my life no longer offered me the chance to continue to grow. Which is very important to me at this phase in my life.

Along the way I have doubled my online business and had opportunities presented me I never thought possible.I am so fortunate to reconnect with old friends and meet lots of new people during the past 5 months.

Each day offers something new and exciting. The constant for me is change and learning how to adapt, without losing myself.

I am going to start doing more writing as I share my journey along the way.

Good for you Dan. From your pics and stuff I wondered if you’d document anything. Glad to know you’re all squared away. Best regards from here in NZ.
